What It Is

It does not appear to include strong actives like salicylic acid or mask‑level ingredients (in the standard X‑Large version) — its main mechanism is via the hydrocolloid matrix + niacinamide.

How It Works & What It Does

• The hydrocolloid material draws fluid / pus / exudate out of a pimple / inflamed spot, helping flatten and heal the blemish by creating a moist wound‑healing environment.

• The patch acts as a protective barrier so you don’t touch or pick at the pimple (which can worsen scarring or infection)

• Niacinamide helps with soothing redness and possibly reducing discoloration or dark marks that remain after a blemish.

• Because the patch is extra large, it’s useful when multiple adjacent pimples or a broad breakout area is troubling you — instead of putting many small patches, one big one covers more area.

How to Use

1. Cleanse and dry the area gently. The skin must be dry (no moisture on surface) for good adhesion.

2. Peel off the backing and apply the patch with the sticky side down onto the blemish / affected area.

3. Leave it on — often for several hours or overnight. (Some use 8–12 hours, sometimes up to a full night)

4. Replace when the patch becomes opaque / white (meaning it's absorbed fluids) or when it starts peeling off.

5. After removal, gently cleanse or use a mild toner / treatment if needed.

Because it's large, be careful about patch edges peeling, especially on curved facial areas. The “contoured shape” is intended to help it sit better on curved surfaces.

It can also be used under makeup, if you need to cover a breakout during the day, though coverage / visibility will depend on how well it adheres.
