1. Returns Eligibility

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Skincare/makeup items due to hygiene and safety reasons (unless damaged or incorrect)

Products without original packaging

3. How to Request a Return
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, follow these steps:

5. Shipping Charges
